Refund policy

Return Policy


All returns require a proof of purchase and return authorization from Ideal. For return authorization, please contact us at idealelectricalmerch@idealindustries.com.

Not all returns will be accepted. The return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse, but does cover:

 

·      Damaged Items – You can return misprinted, damaged, or defective items for exchange or refund up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.  This excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, defects caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, alterations, unauthorized repair, accidents, improper storage, presence of foreign matter or caused by events beyond the control of IDEAL. Using products other than as recommended constitutes misuse.

 

·      Lost in Transit – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

·      Errors – Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Claims must be submitted up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

 

·      Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

·      Sizing – If a wrong size is ordered by mistake, please contact idealelectricalmerch@idealindustries.com to start an exchange. Limit 1 sizing exchange per order. Claims must be submitted up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You will have the choice of two options in sizing exchanges:

1.    To exchange the item: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to IDEAL and shipping costs for the new order.

2.    To keep/donate the item: You can choose to keep/donate the item and place a new order and will receive a one-time 30% off code to use against a new order in lieu of shipping back the old item.

 

All eligible return requests must have a valid proof of purchase to be credited for the purchase price.  Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or via a gift card if a refund to the original form of payment is not possible. To receive a full refund, you must return the Products with all its components.
